Espresso single

Espresso is strong, dark-roasted, black coffee, made by forrcing hot water through cushed coffee beans and served without milk. Espresso included single and double Menu.

Espresso is famous for its premium quality and the most precise and meticulous processing process from selecting quality coffee beans until being served to customers. So what type of coffee is Espresso and how is it prepared?

Espresso is a type of coffee made by machine under a pressure of about 9 - 10 bars (bar - a unit of pressure measurement) with hot water. To create standard Espresso, coffee beans are required to be pure, roasted, then ground finely without any impurities. Besides, the water used to make Espresso must be pure water.

A standard cup of Espresso is extracted about 30 - 35ml from 7 - 10 grams of roasted and ground coffee (equivalent to 1 shot - the term used to refer to the quantity of Espresso). Because coffee is finely ground and extracted under the influence of high water pressure, Espresso has a very strong flavor. Espresso cups will have 2 layers: Crema and Liquid.

Espresso is often served in a thick ceramic cup, which can be used with fresh cream, milk, milk foam or other flavors. However, coffee addicts often drink pure Espresso or with a little sugar. These are some types of Espresso that are still commonly used.

Founder chef Tuan Nguyen had a dream: to create superb, fresh, delicious gelato for all to enjoy – handmade with love from the world’s finest ingredients.

In 2010 that dream came true with Seven Gelato, with special flavors of Seven Gelato.

Seven Gelato is the leading premium artisan gelato brand, renowned for its exceptional quality and taste. With a strong presence in many countries.

Gelato is the common word in Italian for all types of ice cream. In English, it specifically refers to a frozen dessert of Italian origin. Artisanal gelato in Italy generally contains 6–9% butterfat, which is lower than other styles of frozen dessert. Gelato typically contains 35% air (substantially less than American-style ice cream) and more flavoring than other types of frozen desserts, giving it a density and richness that distinguishes it from other ice creams.

In Italy, gelato means simply 'frozen' and is the generic word for any type or style of ice cream. In English, however, the term has come to be used to refer to a specific style of ice cream derived from the Italian artisanal tradition.

We have been making gelato and cafe since 2023 and control every step of the process from making the base mix at our production facility to finishing the gelato on site at each gelato shop to ensure the highest quality. We carefully select the best Italian ingredients and don’t use any artificial colorings, flavorings or preservatives in our gelatos and sorbets. This is what sets us apart from other ice cream and gelato shops.

Seven Gelato is not the simplest or least expensive in the frozen-dessert space, but the taste of our gelato and the joy it brings our guests, makes the effort worthwhile.
